B2 What are your operating hours (opening / closing hours)?

Our operating hours are from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM every day, with the final booking available at 4.30pm.

Please note that timings may vary depending on the season.

Where are you located?

You can find us at Riva Beach Club, Palm Jumeirah.

Do you have FREE parking?

Indeed, we offer complimentary parking in basement 7 and 8.

Parking Information

Please Park in Building 7 first, then try Building 8 if needed.

If Building 8 is full, you’ll need to do a short loop to return to RIVA please ensure you’ve
tried Building 7 first before doing so.

Building 7: After passing Palma Residences, take a sharp right down the ramp to access
the basement parking.

Building 8: After passing the RIVA signage, continue to the next building (Building 8), then
turn right down the ramp to access the basement parking.

Are you open on weekends?

Yes, we are available 7 days a week

Do you have E-Foil? How long can I rent?

Yes, we offer efoils for rent. You have the flexibility to rent them from anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. Additionally, UAE residents receive an extra 10 minutes on their rental times, excluding any special promotions.

How long can we rent an E-Foil?

We offer 30, 40, and 60-minute E-Foil sessions to suit all levels.

Are there any instructions that we need to follow before using the rentals?

Prior to using the equipment, our team will proide a safety briefing, paddle techniques, familiarization of the location.

Do you provide any trainings before I use the rentals?

Yes, FREE introductory tutorials for Standup Paddle Boarding and Kayaking.

The efoil rentals come with lessons.

Are there any age limits to use the rentals?

We don’t encourage kids under 2 years of age. It is however up to the discretion of the parents, we do provide lifes vest etc.

Can I bring my own equipment such as paddle board?

The use of personal equipment is not allowed.

Can I cancel or reschedule my bookings?

Certainly, we are quite flexible.

What payment options are available?

We accept both cash and card payments.

What are your birthday offers?

You have 1 hour FREE paddle boarding on your birthday. We are currently open from 7am – 6pm, please bring an ID with Date of birth. 🥳🙏🏄

Please let me know the date and time you wish to join. Please note, being able to swim is mandatory

Any discounts for group bookings?

Certainly, we offer a Flexi Pack with 4 hours of credit that can be shared among friends.

What are your Ramadan Timings?

Our operating hours remain unchanged during Ramadan, operating from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. The final booking is available at 5 PM.

Do you accept AMEX?

Yes, we do.

Do you have jetskis or boat?

We do not have motorized equipment available in this area, as they are not permitted.

Do you provide vest for kids?

Certainly, we do. Ensuring the safety of everyone is our highest concern.
